About LLDM

Here is a brief summary of the organization.
The Light of the World "La Luz Del Mundo" is an organization based on a hierarchy with a self proclaimed apostle being on top. Its ideology began in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mexico), on April 6, 1926, with the appeal to the founder of Eusebio "Aarón" Joaquín González. It does not use crosses or religious images in its worship services. Female members follow a dress code that includes long skirts and use head coverings during services. Although the organization does not allow women to hold leadership positions in its religious hierarchy, women do hold leadership positions in public relations and in the various civil organizations.
The ideology of LLDM revolves around the apostleship. The apostle has full authority from God and are seen as deities. In other words, without the apostle, there would not be salvation on Earth.

Naason Joaquin
Birth: May 7, 1969
Death: ---
After his father's (Samuel) death, he self proclaimed that he heard God's voice and told him to comfort his people, to be the next apostle. He honestly thought it was his brothers pulling an awful prank during a time of grief.

HERMOSA PROVINCIA

In 1952, Eusebio purchased land outside the city of Gudalalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and called it "Hermosa Provincia" (Beautiful Province), with the intent of forming an exclusive members only. The land was then sold at reduced prices to the members. The area included most basic services; health, education, and other urban needs. After six years partly with help from municipal and non-municipal authorities have made full services.
By 1959, assistance public services ended when residents formed the Association of Colonists of HP, which was used to directly petition the government.
By 1964, after Eusebio's death, the organization had allegedly gain 20,000 and 30,000 members spread through five countries, including Mexico

Holy Supper

The main celebration of La Luz Del Mundo is called The Holy Supper or "La Santa Cena".
The event takes place yearly on every 14th of August (Founder's birthday) in The Hermosa Provincia, Guadalajara, Jalisco -- which is surrounded by an insular members of the organization and Naason Joaquin's personal Grand House / Casa Grande.
This is a very celestial-looking, and at times conservative event, though it runs several organizations that are meant to be services for families and inspires its youth to go into education. This is all good and at least there is hope that youth will be able to recognize the reality of the church when being away from the contrived environment.
The current leader "blesses" the bread and wine (grape juice) to be passed around the members. They do this in the remembrance of Jesus Christ once a year. Before this event takes place, they practice a man made doctrine of the "spiritual year" which takes place in the first of August of each year. No where in the biblical scriptures suggest such celebration.

Symbolism

LLDM's logos and Christianity symbols.
The organization does not practice common Christian groups such as keeping the Cross in front of the altar. Instead, the organization replaces the Cross with its current leader's logo. They strongly believe that the Cross is an idol and according to their doctrine, God does not allow idol in worship. Ironically, this does not apply with their current leader's logo. Giving more importance to its leader oppose to Jesus Christ. They believe Jesus is no longer among them in human form, therefore, an apostle is necessary as a mediator on Earth.

"Vara de Aaron" Staff of Aaron
The organization replaced the Cross of Jesus Christ with its founder's iconic staff. This differentiate itself from other Christian based churches. Here are some few examples of the staff on top of the buildings. In some buildings, primarily the main HQ building, there are two little statues holding the staff. The two little boy statues represents both the founder and his son (Eusebio and Samuel).

LLDM.org

LLDM's restructuring attempt.
La Luz Del Mundo have completely updated their website. Before it stated the  Apostle on top and on the first tab. If you visit the site now, the organization completely removed the Apostle's direct tab and moved it buried in the sub links. Not one, two, three, four, five but on the sixth tab that mentions "Ministry". Even so by visiting the tab, it only consists of one short paragraph of the apostle. We suspect they are restructuring the organization and making it more of a title oppose a prophet from God.

Other Glory

An empty altar.
Presently, their website predominantly features their temple on the main front page, lacking any representation of their humanitarian initiatives or the advantages of membership. This situation can be likened to an emphasis on the architectural splendor of the structure without substantiating the organization's broader contributions. In other words, glorifying the building.

This circumstance can be attributed, in part, to the numerous criticisms they have encountered for steadfastly supporting their spiritual leader: Naason Joaquin Garcia.

Hence, their online presence currently fails to convey any compelling content beyond the awe-inspiring architectural aspect of their temple, leaving much room for improvement in terms of showcasing their holistic mission and offerings.
